Lemon Turkey Breast













  • 1 Bone-in turkey breast (5 lb.)

  • 1 medium sized lemon, halved

  • 2 tsp. Garlic Gourmay Lemon Pepper Grill Seasoning or Honey Lime Rub

  • 4 tsp. cornstarch

  • 1/2 reduced sodium chicken broth


Remove skin from turkey. Place turkey in a slow cooker.



Squeeze half a lemon over the turkey and sprinkle with Lemon Pepper Grill Seasoning or Honey Lime Rub. Place lemon halves under turkey.
Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or until meat is no longer pink. Discard lemon halves.




For gravy, pour cooking liquid into a measuring cup and skim the fat off.



In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Gradually stir in cooking liquid. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick.
