So the only reason I buy these are for martinis. I make a dirty martini using the olive juice from these, and then add 1, 2, or 3 of the olives depending on how hot someone wants it. I then fill out the others with garlic (i.e., I'll put 2 habanero and one garlic olive for someone who wants it moderately hot, like myself). For the garlic-stuffed olives, I use the Garlic Gourmay olives as well (obviously). :) Recipe if you want to try it:
Fill a shaker half-full of ice
Put in 3-4oz of vodka (ideally from the freezer)
Put in 2-3 tablespoons of habanero olive juice (depending on how much vodka)
Shake the living daylights out of it to freeze the olive juice as much as possible (it should float in slivers on top of the martini when poured)
Pour into a martini glass, and add 3 olives in a combination of garlic- and habanero-stuffed olives.
Drink and enjoy.
