Rancid taste and smell

I have used Garlic Gourmay's seasonings and sauces for over 15 years and I have loved everything I purchased, but the mushroom garlic olive oil was a fail. It smelled and tasted like oil that has gone bad, quite rancid, even though I opened the bottle as soon as we bought it. The garlic oil is very good, but not the mushroom garlic one.
