Online orders will only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states and Alaska. No other orders outside of this region will be accepted unless the order is made by phone. We only ship by UPS and USPS first class. All shipping is calculated by the weight of the product and the final shipping price is determined in real time by UPS and USPS standards. Order are usually processed next day but can take 1 to 3 days depending on our show schedule.
- Free shipping offers, when available, are good for limited time only and may discontinue at anytime without notice. All confirmed orders placed before a free shipping offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed, regardless of the ship date.
- Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. We will contact you if there are any products that may be on backorder and come to an agreement to ship separately or wait and ship all items together.
- We will ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses.
- Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by contacting Customer Service at (866) 342-7542 and we can discuss details for returning products.
