I've been using and loving Killer Cajun for near 15 years, since Zach first gave me my first sample shaker, and it's something that's always in my spice drawer. I've used it to make smoked chicken wings and legs, whole rotisserie chicken, smoked spatchcock chicken, tater tots, on fried eggs and in the devilled egg mixture, and occasionally on popcorn.
